Spine is not that bad, looks weird mainly because of perspective.
And foots... well, we have tag bad_feet so this is not reason for delete IMHO.

There's nothing good about the image either, though. Terrible feet, bad perspective, creepily gigantic eyes, simple coloring, gigantic breasts that must have about a foot of space between them to be poking that far out both sides of her back. Maybe the shine effect could be praised a bit...maybe.

I guess if you're looking for nothing but a giant ass and violently huge breasts regardless of the rest of the body, it's fine.

EDIT: AFAIK appeals are for deleted posts, not those pending. It's weird to me that Danbooru even enables the option on active posts.
