According to the tagging on the parent picture (which I've carried to this one) it's by the CG circle "mu soft", even though I can't find it on their website.
This is silly, this post is rated Questionable, while the child post is Explicit. This happends a lot.. Anyway, i am bumping this because i am not sure whether this (or the child post) is questionable or explicit.
