I'm guessing you mean the next-to-last panel, but Aya's right hand is drawn correctly, and her left hand shows only the fingers, not the thumb (which is tucked behind the hand, no doubt), so it can't be considered a wrong-hand error, I think. The left hands shown in panel 1 are drawn correctly, so that's not a problem either.

Hmm. I can sorta see it, but I can also see it as a left hand. The thumb is pretty much centered, and there's not much length difference between the fingers that can't be ascribed to perspective. For me, it depends on how I interpret the curve on the thumb (which is on the correct side for the palm-side of the left thumb) and whether I believe that angle on the rightmost finger is believable for an index or a pinky.
