So, as much as I love Kooh, I'd never been able to draw her satisfactorily.
I tried my hand after a long time, and looking at the past instances of Kooh in my gallery, I could spot a clear pattern in the evolution of my drawing.

So, whilst it doesn't say "this is Kooh" outright, I'd say it should be interpreted as her. And Kugimii is Kugimiya Rie's nickname.
