    Камуфлированный Летний Маскировочный Комбинезон is the name of the camouflage pattern those comrades are/were wearing.

    The helmets appear to be SSh-68. They're designed to be loose-fitting so it can be worn over a military hat, see that blonde girl. The soldier with SVD and the blonde girl are seen wearing Panamanka.
