Applarently if it snows anywhere, there's a good chance this year you're gonna see heavy snowfalls. Had a 20cm in Toronto too. No "special feeling" though, other than the feeling of extremely messy roads.

Snow all in the south here in the states, in places it doesn't usually snow much if at all. I measured 8 inches outside my house and promptly took advantage of it to make my first ever snowman. Which was fun, and far more work then I'd have expected. So naturally that's my answer to the poll.
