Ikazuchi, that's wrong!! lol

The title still needs translations...

"雷ちゃんは失制雷撃かわいい"

失 - disadvantage, error, loss
制 - law, rule, system
雷 - thunder, Ikazuchi
撃 - attack, beat, defeat

The only thing that makes sense to me is 雷撃 (Raigeki) which means "lightning strike"...

Pre-emptive torpedo strike, I believe. Or a pre-emptive attack, anyway.

I guess the title would be something like "Ikazuchi's preemptive (lightning/shocking?) strike is cute" then?

Isn't torpedo just "魚雷"? Or there's a specific way to write "torpedo strike"?

"雷撃" usually means lightning strike, but in the context of destroyers it can mean an attack with "魚雷". Perhaps it's an abbreviation of sorts.

It can also mean "as cute as pre-emptive torpedo strike", wich would be something in the lines of "how cute of her doing something beforehand".
