Uhm, wait a second. I'm really not a diligent reader of gensoukoumuten stories, but I always thought that it was about some completely alternative world with basically same characters. Was I wrong? Do we have some kind of "Gensokyo XXX years later" here? All human characters died etc.

It is Gensokyo 100 years later, I think, and I'm pretty sure that's still Reimu, because she was alive (but not so well) in Gensokyou Post Office, one of gensoukoumuten's earlier doujins. Judging by the tags, that is, however, one of Hieda no Akyuu's descendants.

It's not 100 years later.
It's Gensokyo 2013/14 since the market collapse in 2008 man's financial dreams faded into fantasy and Gensokyo became a modernized world.

Hatate's entire arc is in 21XX while the Postman and most of the other stories are in 20XX
Also Akyuu requires about 100 years to reincarnate thus it's also lining up to be 21XX

I'm pretty sure that judging by the first few pages with Akyuu that this is still the present of Gensoukoumuten and Akyuu was of the past.

The first two pages between Hatate and Akyuu was during the Stock Market Collapse (present day Gensokyou)while the rest of the pages for this chapter is 100 years in the future. Hatate x Unyu Okuu's arc is also 100 years in the future, as stated in the first pages of that chapter.

The Postman's Arc, Rumia Arc, Dai-chan Arc, Moriya Shrine Arc and everyone else's is post-Stock Market Collapse (therefore, 2013-ish).
