Well, there's that Kancolle-ish arm cannon, the anti-material rifle similar to what Suou Pavlinchenko (DtB) uses, Tewi resembles some kind of super robot, there's that hammer with 'fleur-de-lis' which could either be a 40k reference (Sister of Battle + Thunderhammer?) or just a regular super robot reference (ala Godion Hammer?).

You know what? I think this is just a trope-stew image.

Reisen's particular combo of wrist mounted cannons and rifle makes me think mecha. Likewise the booster-looking thing on Tewi's back and her tonfa.
