Ohhhhh, took me a while, but the brown-haired girl in the last panel is Kaga, who had her hair dealies done up by the Sazanami-puchi's-bunnies. (And whose fault is it? NENOHI'S DA YO!)

Also, "cat day" would be pronounced "neko no hi", which itself, sorta-rhymes with "Nenohi", so we get to reference that signature pun again.
