Nah. We already know that the Scarlet sisters don't have all the traditional vampire traits (Remi and Flan like crosses), so the fact that their reflections show up in mirrors isn't that unexpected. Besides, what counts as a "traditional" vampire trait varies depending on who you ask.

Well, she says "a vampire doesn't have reflections" if she defeat herself in soku.

Edit: the complete quote is actually "Vampires don't have reflections. So this is simply an afterimage" but the meaning is the same.
