I'm pretty sure it's intentional artistic license rather than an accidental mistake, but there is something very wrong with the reflection in the mirror in this image. Both the girl and her reflection are looking at the viewer, with their heads facing distinctly different directions. If the reflection were accurate, it would be showing the side of her head, with the face not being visible at all. Of course, it's a lot cuter having two pretty facing looking in your direction, so I can certainly understand -why- an artist would do something like this.
I wonder how common this kind of thing is. If it's not that uncommon, perhaps an "impossible reflection" tag would be useful?

Changed Bad_reflection to different_reflection. The former I think implies that the artist attempted to do a reflection and failed. I think this was a composition choice. Also removing error tag for the same reason. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
