Has anyone just contacted erubo to ask them whether they'd be willing to make the books available digitally? There are relatively straightforward ways to sell a pdf for a couple bucks on the internet these days.
I saw them say on twitter that they were hoping to sell the book by 'mail order' after the event, but that's not especially helpful for us. I'll try to ask them about it later, but I'd imagine they'd be worried about it just being shared rather than bought.
