Actually, I find this to be relatively optimistic, as it's one of the few that actually talks about people having a desire for anything besides just sex. Whereas most of the other "corruption" types are basically "all the rest of your personality besides your libido is destroyed", this one says that "becoming more honest" can mean standing up for your own ideals.

I agree, the fact they have self-conscience, is a relieving point in this character, regardless, I doubt I'd want to be in this world, considering it's either: get turned into a Monstergirl or get sexually assaulted and turned into a spouse, as the only two viable options.

Those aren't the only two options, exactly. There's more than just the God of Order and Demon Lord in this setting, and all the other sorts of deities, like Poseidon of the Sea Bishops, have their own methods of conversion.
If anything, it just seems like the God of Order faction is crumbling, but there is the potential for a dozen other more reasonable factions to take its place. The author just at this point seems to be cheering for the "corruption and eternal mindless sex" side, though.
