She doesn't reincarnate, she regenerates. Which would mean that at some point she'd pass through Kaguya's intestines...which would be pretty humiliating for Mokou. Time for her to become ONE-A SPICY MEAT-A-BALL!!!
Wouldn't tis actually kill Kaguya outright? I remember reading somewhere that one of the only ways to kill hourai immortals like them is to make them eat the liver of another hourai immortal.

No, anyone that eats an immortal's flesh become immortal him/herself, but those who are already immortal would have no change at all (other than the "oh my god i've become a cannibal" thing).

Unless she's too large to sensibly fit. People can swallow lots of things that don't make it any further without being broken down. Then she's just stuck until someone starts really grasping at straws for where she went...
