Whoever the hell changed the tag from Yumizuka_Satsuki to Hisui (in the tag history) doesn't know what the hell they were doing....

Obviously its Sacchin in the first and third panels. Hisui doesn't have twintails! And if it was her...why would she wonder on how to clean anything if she already knows everything related to cleaning? :|
