Take off your shirt (assuming you're a male who'll probably have the same sized chest as her) and look at where your nipple is in relation to your armpit.
She's not bent at all. Her right nipple, should be under the pillow and her left nipple should be closer to it. Now if her left arm were to be extended behind her, it would make more sense, but it doesn't.
