Red Bull should not be taken more than 2 bottles per day. That mean, you shouldn't drink more than 2 servings within a 24-hour period. Shit's loaded, guys.
Then again, it's kind of a mandatory warning for all energy drinks made in Thailand, not just Red Bull. I've heard that the drink sold in America actually has less caffeine content, though, but nothing about the rest. I'd still advise against drinking more than 2 of any energy drink per day, though.
