I don't know if this is the right way to translate it, but I changed "sewer" to "seamstress." Sewer has a much different meaning and seamstress seems like a better fit. Change back if needed.

Eh, it's literally 'The Houshou for which sewing is a strong point', so not a seamstress per se, either. I guess sewer is a bit odd too. (Seamstress itself is 針子 <はりこ >, or 縫工 <ほうこう>).
