Don't hold your breaths for a hard translation guys. Kenkou Cross had a falling out with the primary translators a while back and from the looks of things that bridge has been burned to a crisp.

I don't like reading about the "sex" stuff too much, so I'm fine with only seeing the character designs. But sometimes the descriptions do tell more about the character, such as giving more information on their origins, etc...
