um, no. sorry folks, but mars' symbol is an arrow pointing northeast, not down... google it if you don't believe me. a ring with a downwards pointing arrow and wings doesn't mean anything that I'm aware of.

whether it's a boy or not is a different question, but that symbol in and of itself doesn't prove anything.

I've been told by a straight, male friend of mine it's the combination of them being a chick (in having boobs, nice body, etc.), but also being able to, oh, understand the sensation of them having a cock? I'm not sure though, as I'm not a guy, and I don't find dick-girls particularly appealing.
