Maybe if it's mostly uphill. I suspect that it is, in this case.

All I can think of is how uncomfortable it has to be wearing those bottoms while biking. They must ride up like crazy.

I'm trying to figure out where 貧脚町 (Hinashi Cho?) is, but I'm fairly confident it's not anywhere near France.

Edit: This might be a video of the course, but this one goes all the way up to a 18% gradient so idk.

With legs like that, 15% sure is impossible.

Still, 15% is pretty damn hard anyway.

My ex-girlfriend is a cyclist, and I'm sure it's still possible if you have cleat shoes + shift the gear to the lightest ratio.
