The only reason I'm assuming she's referring to her breasts is because the comments section of the nico seiga post seem to be referring to her breasts being small (one also refers to PAD). She never specifies the object of the sentence, nor does Hammer. If anyone with more moonrune knowledge disagrees with me, feel free to make the corrections.
