    The gist of it is that Sakuya asks Remilia what's on her mind and Remilia says she's wondering if there's a good way to get Reimu's measurements. Sakuya then suggests asking Reimu directly, to which Remilia responds, "I don't have that kind of courage!!"

    By the way, is this the original?

    This should be the original, as this is from pivix and all edits I have seen are in english.
