Should be Furutaka. If I'm correct, she is the only character with a weapon like that. Kako has a long ponytail and an ahoge.

Depends on how human you believe KanMusu to be, y'know given they can take hits from 46cm guns and only lose clothing...

Also, think about how big they would have to be to carry actual 46cm guns...hell even the 10cm enclosed turrets are pretty hefty.
