I'm guessing here. Sakuraba Yuuki does primarily Touhou, and the hair matches the height he puts Alice's at, but I have no proof and the ribbon in the back + lack of clearly visible headband make me think it's something else.
I'm pretty sure that this girl is Alice. Same hairstyle, same eye color (you know, a lot of artist tend to change that) and the book in her hands... Maybe I'm wrong, but I really doubt that.
