I drew this a couple weeks ago to celebrate Firefall's release on Steam! But it wasn't featured on Firefall Live until yesterday, so I waited for its debut there first.

I was trying for a steampunk-ish take on the game's iconic assault frame. This was somewhat of a challenge for me, as machines and rigid geometry are not what I would consider my strengths. Nonetheless, it was a fun exercise, and I got to try to pretend I was an illustrator in the 90's! I feel like I want to pursue this style some more.

I really hope that suit has proper insulation, 'cause she's pretty much wearing metal pipes full of super hot water vapor, and that is SUPER DANGEROUS.
But then again, so is NOT WEARING A HELMET.
