no, it's Rin and Sakura from Fate/Stay Night. Lots and lots of yuri doujinshi have been done involving Rin and either Sakura or Saber, apparently.

Personally that look on Rin's face in panel one's my favorite part of this one. :)

That imouto and oneesan stuff really doesn't mesh with English. How about changing it to just "you" and "me"?

Much better. I corrected slightly the third panel, というわけで is more or less an idiom, and rarely is it correct to translate it as "saying that".
