I haven't played Magic in a while, but wouldn't this be remarkably OP for sorcery decks?

It's a Legacy (Type 1.5) staple. I don't think its ever been called OP though. It costs too much without miracle.
Btw anyone know what the flavour text says? The original card didnt have any.

Miracle-centric decks have been doing pretty well in Legacy. It's a hell of a strong card.
