This same illustration is in the work とりぷるえっくす ("Triple X"), which seems to be a collection of pinups and short comics from nigou. This version on Danbooru has just the upper-right logo, while that work's version has dialogue text, so it's not the same image. But Triple X does give a character name of Misaki Tajima (田島美咲) who seems to be original, so I added the original tag.
