Could also be style imitation. Something like this from the official character designer might be very risky. I'm going to think positively, faving it until photoshoppery has been proven.
Edit: Found a deleted non-nude version by Robert. Still can't tell if this version is a photoshop, trace or naughty original. Can't shake the feeling that the naked parts are less artifacted than the others, though. Be prepared for the worst.
