Incorrectly tagged as an Original character. ACtually it's Ooyodo in her New Year getup correcting tags.
Ah, I'm not familiar enough with KC to recognize its characters (especially outside of their signature outfits), and without it being tagged in in the Pixiv post, I had assumed it was original.
