Why in the world is this in the JPEG Death Row? It barely has a noticable JPEG artifacts.

This is actually modified version of post #162877 by the artist. The source link and this picture has the same MD5 hash (as of now).

And by "a noticable", I mean "any noticable".

Also, the difference is in the right shoulder.
