Don't modernize ships with only one ship, use two and always succeed :)

Fuck developing weapons though, I just want a second sonar! I don't care what type! Just one other sonar!

Yeah, sonars and depth charge can be a bitch... I got 7 Type 3 Sonar mostly from Amatsukaze and from development, but only got 2 Type 3 Depth Charge... ugh
