It's not that bad but hand-drawn scans aren't really as looked upon. Although we do tend to get some every now and then those were really from the more accepted artist.

Although I'll give you this; the link to the original is a bit funny. Also, it would be nice if you can tag as much as you can for your uploads, or at least put tagme there.

Hand-drawn I can deal with. But these aren't even scanned, they're clearly just photographed with a phone. I can even see the shadow of a hand as he's holding the phone with one hand and the paper in the other, and it's very grainy and poorly lit. This is sloppy.
