The caption in the lower right refers to the admiral as a "technician" in katakana, which, having seen Matsumoto Hitoshi's Technician Series on Gaki on Tsukai, tells me that the Japanese use "technician" to mean something like "sexual wizard/master." Can someone finish the translation?
