かつて台湾の一番大きかった訓練艦の汾陽（フェンヤン）です。瀋陽（波風）と違って船体には大きな損傷がないものの、やはり機関部の不調が原因でドック入りの生活を送っていました。駆逐艦ながら立派な船だから丹陽と同様最優先修復対象に指定されましたが、当時の財政難でマトモな修理を受けることができませんでした。1953年修理取りやめ以降、左営軍港で訓練艦として扱われました。再び戦場へ赴く機会はないですが、宵月は台湾で南国の太陽を浴びながら海峡で戦った仲間を見守ってました。

This is Fen Yang, who was once the largest training ship in Taiwan. Unlike Shen Yang (Namikaze), the hull was free of any major damage, but due to mechanical issues, it spent its days in the dock. It was quite a fine ship for a destroyer, and its repair was designated high priority as with Tan Yang, but financial difficulties prevented it from receiving proper repairs. Repair work was halted in 1953, and it was afterwards used as a training ship at the Zuoying Naval Base. While it would never again have a chance to battle, Yoizuki would continue to bask in the tropical sun while watching over her comrades battling in the Strait.
