Apparently, from some cursory Googling, it's said by the crowd before darts in variety shows. And yes, it's from the car name, something to do with a Freelander ad, and that being transferred to Pajero.

Don't know who バニルさん is referring too, though.

It's the Mitsubishi Pajero, also known in the US as the Mitsubishi Montero. It's a popular brand of car for medium-size families due to its spacious interior and (relatively) economical mileage for a full-size SUV.

According to wikipedia, it's a reference to a show where contestants can throw a dart at a spinning wheel to determine their prize (like in the picture). The Pajero is always the best prize, and therefore the crowd yells that.
