I posted my feelings on this, but it's likely that, considering this happened two years ago, he's not that serious about this anymore. If he wanted to ban someone for commenting, he'd be told off by the other mods for power abuse.
Then again, that was the only person's comment here, so it was either a drive-by comment, or the guy got scared off thanks to the mod.
If he's still feeling like this today, then he can just down-vote comments, and they won't appear.

Well... I think it's one of danbooru's policies to keep the site clean... and random conversation shit can be considered as trash... though this should go on a debate between mods and admins, should we ever think of taking the matter any further...

Like I said, it was two years ago, the mod's likely forgotten about the comment, or isn't going to bother with it. If it went ignored for so long, no point in exhuming the topic. If something's bad, down-vote it. If it's good, up-vote it. Makes sense, really.
