The Toaru Majutsu no Index illustration from the Toaru Majutsu no Hevi na Zashiki-warashi ga Kantan na Satsujinhi no Konkatsu Jijou (とある魔術のへヴィーな座敷童が簡単な殺人妃の婚活事情) crossover.

Taking three days to finish, I was so fed up with the lineart that I extracted it the illustration's lineart, other than Touma's, cleaned it up a bit, and just slapped it here. Kind of difficult when there are halftones making it jagged, but a little image resizing goes a long way. This technique was also applied back in the final illustration of NT9. It has been a while since I colored an illustration so I got a bit into trouble for a bit. Since I lost the color pallette for Misaka after my computer crashed, I was forced to improvise her color scheme is similar to her appearance in NT3, the really yellow one, as such her hair is lighter than her appearance in the NT10 illustration. Meanwhile, I lightened up the base color for Index's hair. As you can see I still use the "silver" hair effect on her, as in, I colored hair as if it was metal.

Finally, I added a bit on Touma's clothes. It is his hoodie as drawn by Haimura-san. I found it difficult to color with how his hoodie looked in the original illustration so I added some lines here and there. I hope it is not out of place.

Finally, this will likely be the only black and white illustration from the crossover that I will color, most likely because I either have no idea how to color the others (of which are characters from the author's other works).
