I can't translate it all, but as far as I understand, the fighter, ninja and thief are "mini'd". Mini is a status ailment in the Final Fantasy Universe that makes the character to dramatically drop his or her physical stats, as well as becoming a very small sprite of the character. On the other hand, the white mage is confused. She can't control her actions and this become unpredictable. She might as well attack the party members, heal the enemies or use items randomly.
