We use to do something similar to each other back in middle school. Only instead of tying the sleeves, since nobody really wear long sleeve shirts or sweaters, we pull their shirts over their head and then make a run for it.
It's hilarious watching them struggle as they try to get it off their head. Although not so funny when it happens to yourself.
