I'm not sure whether or not the dress she's wearing here is Japanese or Korean. It's not Chinese or any other east Asian countries as far as I can tell. It's probably Japanese and I suppose considering the hundreds of years of cultural exchanged between the two countries there is bound to be 'some' similiarities between the two countries.
