Well obviously they are Chakram cause if you removed the tag, it definatly got placed back since that is what they are. I have played the DW games and they are exactly as tagged.
No, they're not chakrams, Xiang never throws them during her campaigns. There is a Chinese martial arts melee weapon, that doubles as a fairly decent ranged throwing weapon called a Windfire wheel. It looks like a Chakram, but is balanced for punching and not throwing.

This looks like character design from DW 4 or 5, 'cause in 6 she has that ridiculous new outfit.
The very first game she was in has her with a Tien and a normal sized Windfire wheel, when the series took off they dropped her sword and gave her sillier and sillier sized WFWs as her primary weapon.
