It's pretty much a common meme among the Japanese (well, at least those who frequent the Internet, like their Western counterparts.) They don't use the word "bunker scene" though. Usually it's labelled as "Hitler's angry", "Hitler's throwing up a hissy-fit", "Hitler's RAEG", or some equivalent.
