    I remember there was talk about how there were several types of bosses that were something-something oni, and then there was the something-something hime version that looks similar, but is more humanoid... Of course, they added "water" in, which is just what they do when they make ships of the same class in, like Aircraft Carrier Water Oni is "dark Shouhou", while Aircraft Carrier Oni looks like Kaga...

    What is Seaport Water Oni based upon, anyway?

    They may look the same but they are based on different Land Bases. There is no confirmation whether the Harbor Water Oni evolved from Seaport Hime, but historically, they are different bases.
