I know for a fact it was done by a drawfag, though I don't know if they use pixiv or otherwise name themself.

Not sure if you care, but as a come and go browser of the /a/ drawthreads the person who draws this goes typically by the psuedonym Boa. They do have websites related to their art but I don't remember them off the top of my head. Anyone interested just go to the current /a/ drawthread and ask for some links to Boa's stuff.
