Anyone who doesn't get it: in Wild and Horned Hermit, it's shown that Seiga's hair stick can draw circles on an object, and it lets her pass through it via the temporary hole it leaves behind.
It can only leave one hole at a time in the entire world, though, similar to how the portal gun works.
