I was actually surprised with that reveal, usually anime and manga stereotype trans people to hell but Yuuta is a good portrayal.
He was originally a man though. The female body was never his to begin with. So I don't think he is a woman who identifies as a man, he is a man who identifies as a man. He's just in a bit of a weird body-swapping situation.
