Wouldn't this be the third game? All the phantoms in 3 have those same exact eyes.

Yeah, Balloon Boy in the second game had standard animatronic eyes but in the third game, like every other character, had THOSE eyes.

Also, it says it's a gif. For a minute, I was scared something was about to happen.
